• Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1: This is a compound of the amino acid l-citrulline and malic acid. • Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate: This is a compound containing the amino acid arginine. This ingredient is thought to improve nitric oxide levels, which would increase blood flow and therefore athletic performance. Studies have shown mixed results.

• Di-Creatine Malate:This is a form of creatine, an amino acid which the body produces naturally in limited amounts. • Methylxanthine Anhydrous: Methylxanthines are a class of stimulants that include caffeine and theobromine (found in chocolate). Many studies have been done on particular methylxanthines. The manufacturer doesnít specify which methylxanthine is included here, so we canít point to particular studies.
• 2-Aminoisoheptane HCL: This is a stimulant intended to increase metabolism, boost energy, and enhance mood, though studies to support these effects are presently lacking.
• Geranium Extract: Oils derived from the geranium plant have been found to have various beneficial effects.
• Theobromine: An alkaloid found in chocolate, it is a stimulant whose effects on the body appear to be similar to those of caffeine but perhaps with fewer unwanted side effects.

How to use Mesomorph Pre-Workout

When beginning with any new supplement, itís a good idea to test your tolerance by starting with 1 serving on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and seeing how your body reacts. If you have no unwanted side effects, the manufacturer recommends 1 scoop of Mesomorph thoroughly mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, taken on an empty stomach about a half-hour prior to your workout. On non-workout days, use a half scoop mixed with 4-5 ounces of water and consume on an empty stomach.
